Rescheduling of appointment can be done free of charge, if such rescheduling is done one (1) hour prior to the confirmed appointment time. you may contact the Collection center or St Joseph’s Hospital customer hotline for rescheduling.

Booking cancellation is only permitted if it is canceled one (01) hour before the appointment. The booking cancellation can be done by contacting the collection center or St Joseph’s Hospital customer hotline. Telephone calls or e-mails will be accepted as a proper medium for booking cancellation.
